Executive Chairman of the Board and Shareholder

With more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector, Cedrick Lemarie has been working on developing IPP projects, B2B and B2C energy related projects at ENGIE and with the Brazilian mining group Vale where he was in charge of energy projects for the EMEA region. Cedrick is a business angel in the energy start up and oversaw business development for the ENGIE Group in Eastern Africa before joining Epsilon Energia Solar.

Paulo Raposeiro

CEO, Board Member

Paulo Raposeiro is the CEO of Epsilon Energia Solar and Executive Director of Épsilon Investimentos SA, responsible for the development of Real Estate projects. Mr. Paulo has 12 years of experience in managing engineering contracts in Mozambique and Portugal, in areas such as port infrastructure, schools, energy networks and housing. He has vast experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in complex contracts with clients in the OIL & GAS and Mining sectors.

Mamudo Ibraimo

CFO, Board Member

Mamudo Ibraimo is a Director and the CFO of Epsilon Investimentos, S.A. Mamudo Ibrahimo has 35 years of experience in the ICT industry, and more than 18 years in senior management at C-Level roles at medium and large companies in the industry. He has proven skills in business, operational, commercial, finance and human resources. Has strong leadership skills. Mamudo has wide experience in ownership of core planning, corporate strategy and business development functions across companies.

Mdungaze Rebelo

Representing Epsilon Investimentos

Mdungaze Rebelo is Épsilon’s Vice-President and has been with the company since its inception in 2007. Mr. Rebelo oversees the real estate development projects and is the focal point for some of Epsilon’s key partnerships and clients, in particular Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Providers to Rovuma LNG projects. He has over 12 years of experience developing projects in Mozambique’s complex business, operational and legal environment and dealing with procurement and local authorities.

Gregor Binkert

Shareholder

Gregor Binkert is the CEO of BD Consulting & Investment Ltd in Switzerland, a developer of industrial parks and energy projects in Africa and Latin America.. Mr. Binkert is the Chairman of the Board of Monter Capital Partnership with offices in Zambia and Mauritius, a privately held diversified investor and asset manager. He is also a Board Director of MozParks, a holding company for industrial and agro-parks in Mozambique that includes the Beluluane Industrial Park, the country’s premier industrial park, and a Board Director of Epsilon Energia Solar.
